Key Responsibilities

•Enter and manage technical specifications and key product information on a daily basis
•Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, requesting and following up on missing technical details and product specifications
•Support the Senior Catalog Specialist with product planning and task coordination
•Act as the first point of escalation for the team, helping to resolve day-to-day technical, system, or information-related issues
•Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on product data to ensure accuracy, ToV alignment, and legal compliance before go-live

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of experience in catalog management; experience within fashion, design, or e-commerce is a plus

•Proactive and solution-oriented, with a drive to improve processes and workflows
•Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good knowledge of MS Office, CMS systems, and other content or catalog management platforms
