Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead stakeholder management and coordination across the project to ensure communication and alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement tools, including stakeholder register, communication matrix, and interface tracking.
  • •Manage day-to-day stakeholder communications and ensure project updates, decisions, risks, and actions are documented and communicated.
  • •Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and progress reviews with clear agendas, action items, ownership, and follow-up.
  • •Track and coordinate approvals, permits, authority submissions, NOCs, design reviews, and other stakeholder-dependent deliverables while escalating critical matters when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in stakeholder management, project coordination, interface management, project management, or construction management for large-scale construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Architecture, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • •Experience working on data center and other hyperscale, mission-critical facilities.
  • •Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles (engagement planning, communication management, issue resolution, and reporting).
  • •Experience coordinating authority approvals/permits/NOCs, and working in the UAE or wider GCC with knowledge of local permitting and regulatory requirements.
