Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure and scale the Sovereign Cloud Shared Management Services (SMS) foundational platform within the Shared Management Services group.
  • •Drive reliability and operational excellence while improving platform security posture across the SMS stack.
  • •Define disciplined, standardized operational processes and close mission-critical capability gaps.
  • •Support and lead infrastructure hardening, backup validation, and disaster recovery drills for global scale.
  • •Assist and lead infrastructure reliability work alongside a globally distributed engineering team; mentor junior engineers on DevOps/SRE best practices.

Salary: USD 131,000 - 271,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE engineering.
  • •5+ years leading engineering projects and cross-functional program teams.
  • •Advanced proficiency with SRE principles and operating globally distributed cloud environments.
  • •Experience with infrastructure-as-code, scripting, and automation such as Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python, and PowerShell, plus CI/CD.
  • •Background in security or security-adjacent roles with strong security foundational skills (including access control/authentication; Active Directory is a plus).
