  • •Meet or exceed established daily store and individual sales/performance goals.
  • •Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
  • •Maintain store appearance to visual presentation standards and support general housekeeping.
  • •Handle cash and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment) and resolve customer concerns while partnering with store leadership on escalations.
