Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate consultancy, framework, subcontract, joint venture, confidentiality, and other project-related agreements.
  • •Provide practical legal advice on tenders, procurement processes, risk allocation, and contract negotiation strategies.
  • •Support project teams throughout the lifecycle, from bid stage through to project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualification in Law and admission to practice in Australia.

  • •Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide pragmatic, solutions-focused legal advice.
  • •Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
