School Librarian

Create and manage a high-quality school library that supports student learning and literacy. Assist students with book sourcing by reading level and interest, maintain borrowing records, and follow up on unreturned materials. Develop reading lists, teach younger students library use and Dewey Decimal classification, and manage acquisitions, subscriptions, cataloguing, maintenance, and access to the library’s audiovisual and examination/careers resources. Support library staff and uphold school policies.
