Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable competitive technology through process and parametric improvements using semiconductor device physics.
  • •Drive process and device improvements via characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis, and simulation.
  • •Own technology parametric performance and parametric Cpk improvements.
  • •Perform parametric test dispositions, including root-cause determination for scrap/outliers, and define and evaluate experiments to improve processes.
  • •Lead cross-functional efforts to support transfer, development, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog and embedded technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years relevant experience.
  • •Master’s or PhD in EE/ECE or semiconductor-specific studies such as solid state physics, applied physics, or quantum mechanics.
  • •5 years working in a semiconductor factory with experience in advanced planar CMOS semiconductor devices and transitioning new technology from introduction to production on schedule.
  • •Demonstrated technical and practical understanding of advanced planar CMOS semiconductor device physics and integration.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills, with ability to collaborate across functions.
