Key Responsibilities

  • •Leverage AI-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks to accelerate verification cycle time and improve debug efficiency across simulation and silicon learning loops.
  • •Validate AI outputs by reviewing assumptions, aligning with specs/standards, cross-checking simulations and waveforms, and documenting accepted/changed results before using them in design decisions.
  • •Provide verification support by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon block-level and full-chip DRAM designs.
  • •Develop test cases, stimulus, test benches, and test vectors to improve functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features.
  • •Develop and maintain verification methodology and environments, including co-developing new verification flows with international colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in SystemVerilog and verification, including UVM test bench development at block and full-chip levels.
  • •Experience with DRAM, SRAM, or other memory-related fields.
  • •Experience in AMS verification and co-simulation.
  • •Ability to write PLI coding and Verilog, with Real Number Models experience a plus.
  • •Strong communication and debugging skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
