Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive AI engineering strategy to deliver production-ready enterprise AI capabilities for Mobility products and engineering workstreams.
  • •Build and evolve a scalable, cloud-native AI platform with ML and LLM-powered services and shared infrastructure for the Mobility portfolio.
  • •Own the end-to-end AI technology lifecycle at a platform level, including standards and operating models for model development, deployment, monitoring, governance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • •Enable reusable AI services for predictive insights, anomaly detection, design optimization, diagnostics, and operational intelligence across teams.
  • •Lead cross-functional partnership and ensure the AI platform meets enterprise standards for security, compliance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •15 to 20 years of experience with significant exposure enabling AI in business and mainstreaming AI practices across workstreams.
  • •15+ years experience identifying, developing, and deploying AI solutions for engineering analytics, product intelligence, diagnostics, optimization, or operational insights.
  • •Strong expertise in AI/ML engineering, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI workflows.
  • •Proven experience building and operating data platforms with large-scale data pipelines, embeddings pipelines, and analytics systems.
  • •Experience translating mechanical or automotive problems into AI solutions and independently driving complex initiatives, with strong communication skills.
