Partner with business line loan officers on non-pass rated relationships, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and support effective risk controls. May coach less experienced employees.

•Analyze financial plans and negotiate loan collection or restructuring; recommend or oversee litigation, liquidation, or charge-off.
•Work with business line loan officers to manage non-pass rated borrowing relationships.
•Adhere to bank policies and procedures and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
•Establish or support effective controls and processes to measure, monitor, and control risks; maintain current knowledge of risk-related changes.

Salary: USD 70,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Basic working knowledge of PC applications.
