Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Recertification & Repair

Own the end-to-end recertification and repair process for Dive-LD autonomous underwater vehicles in Quonset, RI. Lead intake and disposition of field returns, drive failure analysis with Quality and Design, and develop repair-specific routings, work instructions, tooling, and inspection criteria. Define the recertification test flow for return to service, close the feedback loop into design changes, and stand up depot-level planning, materials, and Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
