Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end strategy for change management, including planning, delivery quality, and project timelines.
  • •Proactively challenge customer and technical timelines to ensure alignment with realistic human adoption rates and high-quality execution.
  • •Serve as the internal SME on Change Management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.) and guide Change Managers across projects.
  • •Join pre-sales meetings to listen to customer needs and translate them into bespoke Change Management proposals.
  • •Coach and advise our change managers on projects, going beyond task management to mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior expertise leading complex organizational changes, ideally in a cloud or digital transformation context.
  • •Consultative mindset with ability to navigate gray areas and present to executives.
  • •Commercial fluency with a builder mindset and ability to scope new business.
  • •Strong communication and storytelling skills to manage resistance at the highest levels.
  • •Fluency in Dutch or French and excellent English.
