Job Summary

Maintain and improve building systems and grounds to support safe, efficient facility operations. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and routine inspections across plumbing, electrical systems, fire alarms, emergency exits, and automatic doors. Coordinate with third-party contractors, keep accurate maintenance records, and identify safety, health, or environmental issues. Work on-site 5 days per week and attend required training while following all safety procedures.

•Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare required reports.
•Support other departments and coordinate with third-party contractors for specialized services.
