Job Summary

Ensure safe, accurate, on-time delivery of ready-mix concrete from the Gassaway, WV location. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily ready-mix concrete delivery to ensure safe, accurate, on-time product at the Gassaway, WV location.
•Work with the Operations Support Supervisor to maintain acceptable product quality control compliance.
•Operate equipment to load ready mix materials, batch, and haul/dispense product to customers from home and other plants as needed.
•Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reports including site risk assessments, environmental testing, and DVIRs.
•Perform equipment/plant maintenance (oil/grease/service and normal adjustments), communicate maintenance needs, and follow PPE and truck camera/monitoring requirements.

•Ability to work safely in a lone worker environment and follow OSHA/MSHA safety standards.
•Must partner with management to meet daily schedules.
•Willing to learn to operate the plant and equipment (including batching, loading, hauling, and dispensing ready mix).
•Must pass a drug test and criminal background check, maintain a professional/courteous attitude, and adhere to company safety and policy procedures.
•Must possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B and a valid Medical Examiner Certificate.
