Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with editorial leadership to transform how information is captured, input, and output for the LA28 Games and other priority events.
  • •Enable stakeholders to access the latest information in real time, avoiding delayed reporting that becomes outdated.
  • •Drive editorial research efforts to plug into new systems, troubleshoot issues, and pivot quickly as needed.
  • •Train editorial researchers and remain available to troubleshoot and evolve processes in real time.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across departments and vendors, and lead workshops, demonstrations, and training for talent and production leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8+ years of experience in a premier sports environment in editorial/research and information systems capacities.
  • •Experience working effectively in a matrixed environment with strong relationship-building and collaboration across stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives, change efforts, or business-critical projects.
  • •Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a content creation environment balancing accuracy and speed.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
