Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational trade support across the post-trade lifecycle, from allocation through pre-matching and settlement, including reconciliations.
  • •Process full post-trade activity for equities, fixed income, and exchange traded derivatives and options.
  • •Manage operational setup for client and broker onboarding, ensuring timely completion of the process.
  • •Maintain client static data, including confirmation setup, commission rates, sub-account setup, booking preferences, and settlement instructions.
  • •Monitor matching and settlement, resolve mismatches with clients and execution brokers, and manage end-of-day position and profit & loss reconciliation for risk control.

Key Requirements

  • •Brokerage Operations knowledge or expertise gained through education or equivalent experience.
  • •Prior industry experience in Middle to Back-Office Operations using instruments such as equities, fixed income, and exchange traded derivatives and options.
  • •Understanding of regional regulatory requirements and business/industry risk frameworks.
  • •Ability to perform and deliver under strict deadlines using prescribed guidelines and policies.
