Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, analyse, and interpret data across the revenue funnel to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards for real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
  • •Assess revenue processes from lead generation through renewals, identifying bottlenecks and implementing workflow improvements for pipeline management and reporting.
  • •Own regular reporting on revenue performance, pipeline metrics, and forecasts; partner with Finance and Sales to improve forecast accuracy and highlight growth opportunities.
  • •Maintain and continuously improve the CRM and revenue tech stack, drive adoption of tools/processes, and automate repetitive RevOps tasks (including using AI tools for analysis).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (master’s a plus).
  • •2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, commercial analytics, or a similar analytical role, ideally in financial services.
  • •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL, and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • •Solid understanding of the revenue lifecycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and renewals.
