Job Summary

Drive OpenShift adoption by partnering with the assigned segment sales team to run the full sales cycle for Red Hat’s hybrid cloud and emerging technologies. Engage enterprise decision-makers and IT teams to align customer objectives with OpenShift, virtualization, AI, and modern application services. Develop GTM strategies, meet sales targets, coordinate with partners and solution architects on proposals, and provide market insights to shape product direction.

•Collaborate with the segment sales team to promote adoption of emerging technologies across key accounts.
•Orchestrate the end-to-end sales cycle for Red Hat’s cloud and emerging technology offerings, from qualification to procurement.
•Establish OpenShift as the preferred platform for strategic customers and guide agile/cloud transformation initiatives.
•Develop and execute GTM strategies to generate new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
•Partner with Sales, Partners, and Solution Architects to create customized proposals and coordinate demand generation activities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in the Kubernetes ecosystem, including competing technologies and relationships with Cloud Service Providers.
•Consultative customer engagement experience from a consulting or technology environment.
•Deep technical knowledge of enterprise middleware, virtualization, AI/Data Science, and container technologies.
•Practical experience with DevOps, agile methodologies, and organizational/IT transformation.
•Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to present to executive audiences.
