Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with retail and business customers through proactive outreach, follow-up, and multi-channel engagement (in-person, by appointment, and virtually). Assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to individual goals. Maintain strong knowledge of consumer and business banking and digital self-service offerings, deliver a consistent client experience, and collaborate with branch teams to open accounts and process service requests.
