Develop and implement high-fidelity, automated test procedures for both component and system levels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Collaborate with engineering and technicians to ensure quality, reliability, and scalable production testing across MES and related systems, driving root-cause analysis and robust test deployment.

Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Build and implement test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream, from system level checkouts to component level in-process validation.
•Develop and manage test ecosystem to de-risk hardware and ensure reliability and design intent.
•Conduct hands-on, data-driven root-cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems using structured problem-solving methodologies.
•Design and implement semi-automated testing equipment and protocols for subsystem characterization and environmental testing.
•Collaborate with design and systems teams throughout product development to perform risk assessments, own test deployment in production, train technicians, and drive bug fixes and improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,000 - 147,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
•Experience in hardware testing and automated test systems
•Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Matlab, Shell, or others
•Experience with computer hardware communication protocols: USB, Ethernet, RS232, RS485, PCIe, HDMI, CAN, etc
•3+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably test design of electro-mechanical hardware in a manufacturing environment
