Key Responsibilities

•Accountabilities: Manage the applications effectively throughout its lifecycle, maintain business continuity and ensure compliance with regulations; ensure that the application works according to the specification and aligns with business needs.
•Involves application management including leading application team, managing stakeholders such as customers and user community; perform ITIL-based incident, problem, change, configuration and event management.
•Implement continuous improvement: perform root cause analysis, propose service improvements, retire obsolete apps and create/develop documentation.
•Define service and product line descriptions, SLAs/OLA contracts and KPIs with product managers; monitor and report SLA fulfillment and take mitigation actions.
•Provide support during Shopfloor Business Time and ensure provisioning of new software packages and upgrades; ensure data compliance and export controls to prevent business disruption.

Key Requirements

•Graduate with 8-10 years of Native HANA Development.
•Minimum 5 year experience in SAP UI5 Development.
•Minimum 5 year of experience in SAP ABAP development.
•Experience in working with code versioning -> notes internes Hanastudio , Web IDE, GIT Hub
•Performance Monitoring on SAP HANA
