Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with a team of multi-disciplined scientists and/or engineers to execute antenna and electromagnetics projects for customers.
  • •Deliver research and development work including antenna performance, LO antenna design, microwave device design, and radar/communication performance prediction.
  • •Support practical demonstrations across TRL 2–5 and contribute to operational systems up to TRL 9.
  • •Lead teams to execute customer projects.
  • •Develop business opportunities and generate well-planned, innovative bids, while providing inputs into technical strategy and internally funded (PV) work.

Key Requirements

  • •Antenna Design or Microwave Engineering / Electromagnetics experience.
  • •Ability to work in a role with a lot of mathematics.
  • •Must have (or be able to obtain) full SC security clearance.
  • •Ability to lead a team of scientists and/or engineers to execute projects for customers.
  • •Experience generating high-quality, well-planned, innovative bids with acceptable risk and contributing to technical strategy.
