Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and secure Metro tool paths to sustain capacity and cycle time.
  • •Support NPI introduction and pilot runs, including equipment PM/CPM confirmation and pilot execution.
  • •Communicate and coordinate with PO/EO to handle equipment, lot, and production line issues.
  • •Assess equipment qualification data and support defect scan troubleshooting; analyze tool mismatching abnormal cases and contain issues.
  • •Manage WIP and hold lot handling with priority lot arrangement and Q-time lot control; monitor equipment status, handle CDSEM alignment issues, Orion eCAP cases, MES errors, and provide daily operating status reports.
