Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with the product development team to identify ways to improve the product and drive growth
  • •Define and interpret A/B tests to answer questions about model and UX changes
  • •Establish a data-driven culture by tracking and operationalizing feature-, product-, and company-level metrics
  • •Develop and socialize dashboards, reports, and self-serve data tools for product data questions
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between research, product, and business goals

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 255,000 - 405,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years experience in a quantitative role navigating highly ambiguous environments
  • •Proven ability to design, run, and interpret rigorous experiments using SQL and Python
  • •Defined, implemented, and operationalized feature- and product-level metrics from scratch
  • •Excellent communication skills with product managers, engineers, and executives
  • •Experience building data-driven dashboards and self-serve data solutions
