Job Summary

Lead the Hardware Integration Center (HWIC) Factory Operations organization, managing and developing a team of 150+ across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain. Drive cost, quality, and schedule performance by coordinating manufacturing resources from planning through production, shipment, and customer support. Provide cross-functional leadership, partner with programs and customers for alignment, and support system integration and test for Raytheon Sensors major end items while maintaining a safe, continuous-improvement culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide cross-functional leadership for the HWIC multi-disciplined team and coordinate manufacturing resources and strategy.
•Ensure operational excellence across the manufacturing process from planning through production, shipment, and customer support.
•Be responsible for system integration and test for all Raytheon Sensors major end items.
•Partner with programs and customers to align on accountability and execution.
•Manage performance management, goal setting, career counseling, compensation planning, employee training/talent development, and employee relations.

Key Requirements

•U.S. citizenship required and active/transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
•Ability to obtain an interim U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to start date.
•Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and 12+ years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years experience.
•Prior management or leadership experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Production, and/or Quality.
•Prior management/leadership experience in a DoD manufacturing environment is preferred.
