Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions to deliver a high-quality offboarding experience for clients and employees.
  • •Guide clients on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Facilitate and lead sensitive meetings and processes (e.g., workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, negotiations in separations and settlements) and deliver termination outcomes.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents accurately, maintaining employee records in compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support: navigate workplace concerns, conduct preliminary assessments, coordinate stakeholders, monitor cases, and identify automation/process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR coverage across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret employment-related documents/instruments, research complex HR issues, and provide practical recommendations in ambiguous situations.
  • •Working knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
