•Develop and execute the design strategy for the custody product aligned to business objectives, client needs, and industry trends.
•Lead the design and planning of the custody product book of work, prioritizing initiatives for robust and innovative solutions.
•Represent the product design function in client technical meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and address technical queries.
•Evaluate emerging technologies relevant to custody services for impact and applicability to the business.
•Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Sales to deliver design initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
•Solid experience in product design or product management within Securities Services, focused on custody.
•Proven track record of developing and executing design strategies and leading complex product initiatives.
•Strong understanding of custody operations, market infrastructure, and regulatory landscape.
•Experience with client technical meetings and industry engagement.
