Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect vehicles to meet CarMax Quality Standards and complete state inspections when required.
  • •Manage repair orders, ensuring accuracy in labor, parts, and billing documentation.
  • •Utilize proprietary and universal software systems to support repair workflow.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow CarMax 5S, safety, and Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements; provide functional expertise to support store associates and managers.

  • •Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods, including flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
