Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single point of accountability for concept-to-pilot execution across the Enterprise Innovation portfolio.
  • •Orchestrate internal contributors and external partners to deliver outcomes efficiently and with high quality.
  • •Define execution strategies, delivery models, roles, decision rights, scope, success metrics, and governance alignment.
  • •Apply design thinking and human-centered design to run discovery, research synthesis, journey mapping, and experimentation.
  • •Own the roadmap from prototype to MVP and lead pilot delivery and transition plans into operational ownership and scale readiness.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in product leadership, venture development, innovation delivery, or related fields.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • •Own initiatives from discovery through MVP, pilot, and operational transition.
  • •Lead human-centered design and design thinking to support venture or business development efforts.
  • •Navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast-paced environments while managing dynamic priorities.
