Own end-to-end execution of innovation concepts for the Enterprise Innovation portfolio, translating validated ideas into ventures, offerings, platforms, services, and new business models. Orchestrate cross-functional internal teams and external partners to define execution strategies, governance, and success metrics. Lead human-centered design, structured discovery, experimentation, prototyping, MVP development, and pilot delivery, then drive transition to operational ownership and scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the single point of accountability for concept-to-pilot execution across the Enterprise Innovation portfolio.
•Orchestrate internal contributors and external partners to deliver outcomes efficiently and with high quality.
•Define execution strategies, delivery models, roles, decision rights, scope, success metrics, and governance alignment.
•Apply design thinking and human-centered design to run discovery, research synthesis, journey mapping, and experimentation.
•Own the roadmap from prototype to MVP and lead pilot delivery and transition plans into operational ownership and scale readiness.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years’ experience in product leadership, venture development, innovation delivery, or related fields.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
•Own initiatives from discovery through MVP, pilot, and operational transition.
•Lead human-centered design and design thinking to support venture or business development efforts.
•Navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast-paced environments while managing dynamic priorities.
