Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the third-party integration strategy end-to-end, including API prioritization/scoping, sandbox setup, documentation, authentication, and governance.
  • •Act as the primary outward-facing product owner for the technology-partner ecosystem, leading technical/commercial conversations and defining production-access requirements.
  • •Build and run an integration tiering/prioritization/resource framework across many vendors and advisor firms, balancing strategic bets with capacity.
  • •Partner with engineering to translate advisor and partner needs into technical requirements and make build vs. partner vs. defer decisions.
  • •Develop a point of view on how AI and agentic workflows are changing custodial integrations and align work to the broader custody roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in technical/platform/API integrations-focused roles.
  • •Experience in a high-growth fintech environment navigating regulatory, compliance, and legacy-system realities for financial-services integrations.
  • •A strong perspective on how AI reshapes fintech and advisor workflows, ideally with experience shipping AI-enabled features or evaluating AI-native vendors.
  • •Ability to lead partner engineering discussions and reason through API design, auth (SSO/SAML/OAuth), and data models in a regulated or enterprise B2B setting.
