Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement and manage security policies and procedures to protect the organization’s infrastructure.
  • •Manage and troubleshoot security controls including Fortinet firewalls, WAFs, and email gateways; maintain endpoint protection solutions.
  • •Oversee Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) deployment and NAC integration; administer centralized authentication (TACACS+/RADIUS).
  • •Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments and compliance reporting; prepare architecture diagrams and operational procedures.
  • •Maintain documentation and runbooks for security architectures and incident response workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in a technical security/IT support role
  • •Advanced expertise configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Fortinet firewalls
  • •Experience managing Web Application Firewalls (Forti WAF)
  • •Administration of antivirus/endpoint protection solutions and email security gateways (FortiMail)
  • •Implementation and support of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) frameworks, NAC, and centralized authentication systems (TACACS+/RADIUS)
