Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish engineering standards across the Model Authoring pods and ensure new work conforms via code review.
  • •Set and own the technical direction for shared enablers, including model representation/persistence, the model registry, secure context access, and shared agentic infrastructure.
  • •Define and coordinate technical interfaces between Model Authoring and other business areas, documenting dependencies and ensuring progress.
  • •Work hands-on on the hardest problems in the stream, particularly where technical risk is highest.
  • •Help define an AI-native way of working: what parts of model development and engineering are delegated to agents vs kept human, and what evidence is needed to trust outcomes.
