Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage a product backlog aligned to customer and business needs, ensuring clear priorities.
  • •Capture, shape, and refine requirements into actionable user stories with stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with Agile delivery squads to enable effective delivery.
  • •Ensure work is well-defined, understood, and ready for development, with clear sequencing.
  • •Support prioritisation and delivery progress by balancing customer value, risk, and capacity; remove blockers and clarify requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar digital delivery role.
  • •Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital products or services (web and/or app).

  • •Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements or user stories.
  • •Confidence engaging stakeholders across multiple teams to improve customer outcomes through digital.
