Engineer- Manufacturing Technology Scaling III USA

Scale and qualify new photovoltaic manufacturing technologies into high-volume production. Provide technical leadership across PV manufacturing processes, defining equipment/process requirements, refining vendor proposals, and qualifying tools through development and ramp to 24x7 manufacturing. Troubleshoot equipment and processes to improve safety, throughput, yield, and performance. Use DMAIC, 8D, DOE, and SPC with data visualization (SQL, Python, JMP, Power-BI) to drive continuous improvements, author technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
