Key Responsibilities

•Lead the delivery of a portfolio of projects from opportunity through to completion.
•Provide strategic direction and governance across multiple project teams to ensure safe, on-programme, on-budget delivery.
•Own financial performance and commercial governance, including forecasting, resource management, and risk mitigation.
•Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as an executive sponsor for key client accounts.
•Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and delivery teams, supporting recruitment, mentoring, succession planning, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Experience within Technical & Transformation, FM, Construction or Property.
•Professional Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent).
•Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or related discipline.
•NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
•Fluent in both Dutch and English.
