Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage executives’ calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and set up video and audio conferencing when required.
  • •Represent executives professionally to other senior officials inside and outside the organization.
  • •Anticipate meeting and event needs, prepare executives for daily activities, and advise on potential calendar/event/corporate issues.
  • •Coordinate project management tasks such as compiling special reports, presentations, and organization charts; prepare meeting materials.
  • •Plan and coordinate in-person group events; answer and route incoming calls; coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense reports.
