Skipper

Operate and navigate the assigned pilot boat, speed boat, work boat, or other company marine craft to ensure safe, compliant maritime operations. Transport pilots and authorized personnel, manage embarkation and disembarkation, maintain operational readiness through pre-departure checks, and keep accurate vessel logs and voyage documentation. Oversee onboard safety, security, and environmental compliance using the company SMS and HSE procedures, support emergency response, and coordinate basic vessel maintenance.
