Own commercial and contractual protection for NMDC projects by managing contract knowledge, site-level commercial procedures, and the end-to-end flow from valuations and invoices through payment. Lead project risk register maintenance, manage procurement of subcontractors, and oversee variations, claims, and disputes. Contribute as a project team partner by applying commercial and technical expertise, supporting cash-flow optimization, and developing team capability through knowledge sharing.

•Ensure cash flow through timely valuations, invoice submission, and payment receipt.

Key Requirements

•Extensive contract knowledge, including standard forms of contract such as FIDIC.
•Knowledge and familiarity with dredging & marine and civil infrastructure construction field.
•Strong negotiation and contract administration skills.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and verbal communication.
