Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate manufacturing activities in the designated production department to ensure high quality, productivity, and low scrap cost without compromising safety.
  • •Lead, organize, and motivate production activities for teams working rotating shifts to achieve safety, customer service, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
  • •Manage team resources to fulfill production schedules, including preproduction processes, produce to specification, quality gates, and troubleshooting/preventive maintenance.
  • •Review actual production results versus objectives using production reports, perform gap analysis, and drive corrective actions.
  • •Lead GPS and special ELS Kaizen projects (process improvement, TPM, cost saving/waste reduction) and participate as the RBIS Vietnam representative in regional/global communities/projects.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • •5+ years of Operations/Manufacturing experience, with 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
  • •Demonstrated strong leadership quality.
  • •Enterprise Lean Sigma knowledge and experience (preferred).
  • •Fluent English; engineering/process knowledge in garment production, weaving, or printing operations (preferred).
