Job Summary

Coordinate all manufacturing activities in the production department to hit daily targets for productivity and scrap while maintaining safety and quality. Lead and motivate production teams across rotating shifts, manage resources and schedules, review production reports with gap analysis, and drive corrective actions. Implement GPS (Global Performance Management System), lead Kaizen/ELS projects including TPM and waste reduction, and represent RBIS Vietnam in regional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate manufacturing activities in the designated production department to ensure high quality, productivity, and low scrap cost without compromising safety.
•Lead, organize, and motivate production activities for teams working rotating shifts to achieve safety, customer service, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
•Manage team resources to fulfill production schedules, including preproduction processes, produce to specification, quality gates, and troubleshooting/preventive maintenance.
•Review actual production results versus objectives using production reports, perform gap analysis, and drive corrective actions.
•Lead GPS and special ELS Kaizen projects (process improvement, TPM, cost saving/waste reduction) and participate as the RBIS Vietnam representative in regional/global communities/projects.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
•5+ years of Operations/Manufacturing experience, with 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
•Demonstrated strong leadership quality.
•Enterprise Lean Sigma knowledge and experience (preferred).
•Fluent English; engineering/process knowledge in garment production, weaving, or printing operations (preferred).
