Human Centered Change Senior Manager- Public Sector

Lead human-centered change engagements for Salesforce Professional Services customers in the public sector. Serve as a trusted advisor, performing change impact and readiness analyses, and developing holistic change strategies with clear success metrics. Drive change execution planning (communications, training, work products), facilitate stakeholder alignment, and integrate human-centered service design and design thinking into delivery roadmaps. Coach senior leaders and manage risk through to resolution while supporting renewals and practice growth.
