Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead US consumer compliance reviews of marketing collateral to ensure compliance with applicable consumer compliance laws and regulations (e.g., UDAAP/Reg E).
  • •Assist legal and stakeholders on product launches and changes by considering compliance with Reg E and additional requirements from external banking partners.
  • •Conduct quarterly quality control reviews of partner bank marketing collateral reviews, following established procedures and standards.
  • •Communicate with partner banks regarding consumer compliance matters, including periodic reviews, audits, and remediation efforts.
  • •Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and Marketing & Advertising Compliance Guidelines; conduct periodic audits of live digital advertisements and support risk assessments and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or banking in a related consumer compliance role.
  • •Direct experience with consumer compliance regulations, including EFTA/Regulation E and UDAAP.
  • •Working knowledge of prepaid and credit card functionality and involved parties in multi-party arrangements.
  • •Experience supporting regulatory audits, managing remediation projects, and coordinating cross-functional compliance efforts.
