Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead materials management processes within the Growth Engine Team to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence across ES EMEA.
  • •Act as the specialist for Forecast, Suppliability & Capacity Planning, and S&OE processes.
  • •Drive process improvement projects from concept through implementation aligned to ES EMEA growth objectives.
  • •Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the run business to validate process and system changes before go-live.
  • •Support sustainable implementation and handover, including training, documentation, and ongoing support, while driving standardization and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, production planning, or related SCM environment, ideally in a multi-site/regional context.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and ensuring end-to-end process consistency and data integrity.
  • •Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including forecasting, capacity planning, and S&OE.
  • •Experience with Kinaxis or Palantir and/or operating model deployment or process standardization initiatives (plus).
