Job Summary

Develop, test, and deploy 2D/3D CT-based machine learning models for customer inspection use cases such as defect detection, dimensional analysis, anomaly detection, and process control. Own the end-to-end model lifecycle from data preparation and feature/label design through training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining (MLOps). Partner with project, product, and software teams while documenting results and contributing to internal AI/ML platform strategy across regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models using 2D and 3D CT data for customer inspection use cases.
•Own the full model lifecycle end-to-end, including data preparation, feature/label design, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
•Work directly with customer engineering and manufacturing teams remotely and on-site to deliver models into production workflows.
•Partner with project, product, and software teams to scope ML deliverables, define success criteria, and translate customer needs into platform capabilities.
•Contribute to internal AI/ML strategy (evaluation standards, deployment patterns, and governance) and produce technical documentation and customer-facing reports.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of professional experience building applied computer vision models on image or volumetric data.
•Hands-on experience taking ML models from training into production, including deployment, monitoring, and retraining (MLOps).
•Ability to translate business and engineering problems into ML solutions with customers or other non-ML stakeholders.
•Comfort working in engineering and manufacturing environments, including the production floor.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to present technical results to engineering, product, and executive audiences.
