Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver innovative engineering solutions for subsurface and earth-structure projects.
•Lead complex and challenging projects across geo-environmental engineering, waste and contamination management, mining, hazardous dams, and major infrastructure works.
•Develop high‑quality technical reports, specifications, drawings, and documentation across all project phases, from concept to decommissioning.
•Communicate complex technical issues and guide clients through regulatory frameworks with clarity and confidence.
•Supervise, mentor, and support junior engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required); Civil, Geotechnical or similar; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
•10+ years’ experience across civil, environmental, or geotechnical engineering.
•Technical expertise in subsurface environmental risk management, geosynthetics, earthworks and embankments.
•Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project scopes, variations, and delivery outcomes.
•Strong project management skills with a commitment to innovation, quality, and timely delivery.
