Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver innovative engineering solutions for subsurface and earth-structure projects.
  • •Lead complex and challenging projects across geo-environmental engineering, waste and contamination management, mining, hazardous dams, and major infrastructure works.
  • •Develop high‑quality technical reports, specifications, drawings, and documentation across all project phases, from concept to decommissioning.
  • •Communicate complex technical issues and guide clients through regulatory frameworks with clarity and confidence.
  • •Supervise, mentor, and support junior engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required); Civil, Geotechnical or similar; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
  • •10+ years’ experience across civil, environmental, or geotechnical engineering.
  • •Technical expertise in subsurface environmental risk management, geosynthetics, earthworks and embankments.
  • •Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project scopes, variations, and delivery outcomes.
  • •Strong project management skills with a commitment to innovation, quality, and timely delivery.
