Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of risk and control artefacts to support compliant ERP delivery and ongoing operations across SDLC and BAU.
  • •Support monitoring of controls across delivery/services teams and coordinate with cyber, risk, and controls teams to maintain compliance.
  • •Ensure evidence for key control activities (including SDLC evidence) is documented, captured, and retained with transformation functions.
  • •Support execution of periodic User Access Reviews and continuous improvements to the UAR process.
  • •Support periodic Change Reviews, including compliance with approval processes and segregation of duties; develop dashboards and implement process/control improvements using AI/ML and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience working in complex global organisations.
  • •Experience with Tier 1 ERP (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365) global deployments and/or BAU environments.
  • •Experience engaging with internal controls/compliance and internal or external audit teams (Big4 audit experience preferred).
  • •Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, internal controls, and audit principles (CISA qualified preferred).
  • •Strong Excel/data manipulation skills and high attention to detail, with ability to work independently and develop stakeholder relationships.
