Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal advice on data protection matters under global frameworks such as the GDPR.
  • •Advise the business with risk-based privacy guidance for new products, initiatives, and operational changes.
  • •Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements; support privacy due diligence for third-party providers and M&A contexts.
  • •Support data mapping and maintain documentation of data processing activities, including DPIAs.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain global privacy policies, notices, and internal procedures; support privacy maturity audits and interactions related to investigations or proceedings with data protection authorities.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 2 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or comparable) in law.
  • •Certified expertise on EU privacy laws (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO etc.) is a plus.
  • •Excellent English language skills; Polish, Spanish or German is a plus.
  • •Experience advising online technology/data-driven businesses across multiple jurisdictions; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
