Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, deliver, and test innovative Android applications with a strong technical and product perspective.
  • •Own the technical direction and delivery for client engagements, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • •Break down complex problems into elegant technical solutions that address client needs.
  • •Communicate with leadership, product owners, and users to build working software aligned to business and technical priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12+ years designing and building complex, commercial-grade software systems, including 4+ years leading Agile teams.
  • •Expert-level production Android development skills using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • •Experience in consumer banking, including account management and onboarding.
  • •Familiarity integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • •Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications and strong communication to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
