Job Summary

Oversee inbound and outbound material flow and run daily/weekly scheduling for Specialty Rolled Products (SRP) melt operations and hot rolling processing. Partner with carbon conversion teams, SA&C, and SRP to streamline conversion and titanium scheduling, maintain on-time delivery to downstream plants and customers, and manage primary vendor scheduling activities. Use HRPF systems (including MES, RMS, and SILOC) and strong leadership/communication to keep production priorities aligned.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all scheduling activities across SRP operations, including carbon conversion and HRPF scheduling.
•Manage daily and weekly scheduling for melt operations in Latrobe, PA; Lockport, NY; and Brackenridge, PA, plus hot rolling processing in Brackenridge, PA.
•Collaborate with teams to streamline HRPF conversion services and support titanium scheduling.
•Maintain on-time delivery to downstream plants and customers.
•Oversee primary vendor management scheduling activities and prioritize #10 scheduling (CMs, Torch, and Sonic).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, production planning, or related field OR four years of supply chain experience in manufacturing.
•Previous manufacturing experience with knowledge of products, materials and inventory, process flow, and supply chain principles.
•Previous supply chain experience as a process and people leader in a manufacturing setting.
•Managerial/leadership skills to plan, organize, motivate, direct, and control output.
•Ability to analyze and present data effectively.
