Key Responsibilities

•Define product direction for a new AI-native lifecycle product in Warsaw, partnering with Design, Research and Engineering to turn ambiguous problem spaces into sharp, opinionated workflows that feel fast and minimal for high-performing teams.
•Validate bets directly with demanding customers and translate insights into a focused roadmap and real business impact.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to deliver high-quality results and maintain a data-driven mindset with concrete goals and milestones.
•Negotiate with partner teams and deliver a compelling roadmap that aligns with enterprise-level compliance and multiple use cases.
•Build a category-defining product from the ground up, saying no when needed and shipping with strong opinions while maintaining a high quality bar.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 45,000 - 60,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Product Management. Background in building in environments with complex data models, human-centric UX, and B2B SaaS experience preferred.
•Systems thinker: you feel comfortable modeling data relationships and walking stakeholders through a holistic UX flow.
•Strategic: you inspire the company by creating bold, intuitive work connections within the platform and scoping them to solve the most critical customer problems.
•Get Stuff Done: you create, flex, and evangelize a roadmap; break down projects to MVPs + iterations and ship with high velocity for business impact.
•Customer-centric: you analyze top customer personas; dig into roots of customer needs; synthesize research to define a problem.
