Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and manage SW/HW specifications for Body Control Systems, including BDC, BCM, and HVAC/ACM systems.
  • •Act as Function Owner to ensure end-to-end requirements management and traceability.
  • •Support system architecture definition and component integration across vehicle platforms.
  • •Coordinate development activities with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • •Contribute to calibration and validation activities (bench and vehicle level) and ensure compliance with Functional Safety (FuSa) and cybersecurity requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
  • •3–5+ years of experience in automotive electronics and body control systems.
  • •Strong requirements engineering and system specification experience.
  • •Knowledge of vehicle E/E architectures and CAN communication (J1939/LIN).
  • •Understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity, plus requirement management tool experience (e.g., Polarion, DOORS).
